    After reading your post, I am little worried about my snooring habit, as I am turning 47 this February. I was not aware of how bad my snooring habit is, it was only when my wife gave me ultimatum to sleep with children. That time I realised, my snooring habit is ruining my married life. Was trying to control my this habit with home remedies only. Now after reading your post I am planning to visit a physician. Hoping for the best!

    Snoring definitely comes with age I guess. I sleep with my dad often and the level at which he snores while sleeping is just intolerable. I even tried helping him out with the techniques Adam has mentioned but I still don’t see any changes. Hope to see some better methods to stop this so that both of us can sleep peacefully.
