From a lifestyle perspective, you might need to take inventory of your health. Aside from the snoring, are you in good shape? If the answer is no, then you will need to correct those problems before you think about taking anymore steps. Losing weight through a balanced diet and plenty of exercise is really the order of the day. Excess weight puts a lot of pressure on your airways, making it hard for you to get the air you need when you’re asleep.
